• Appendix I, Format 3: The filler field at item 6 was corrected to show a column range from 22-27 with a length of 6.
• In July 2000, code 'CM' for College Level Math became a valid value for the CPT Test Subject Content Codes. Attachment 2 to Format T8, Appendix J Format P06, and Appendix R for I/S08 edit 15, and for P06 edits 10 and 11 have been updated to reflect this change.

• Appendix I, Format 6: For ESE Support Level (occurs 10 times beginning at item 33) the valid valus for students placed after June 31, 2000 are 254 and 255. Appendix I and Appendix R have been updated to reflect this change.

• Bright Futures message code B09 has been added to Appendix D and it reads "The record sent to the Bright Futures Office was rejected because the student was previously submitted under a different Id. For example, you first sent this student in with his(her) local student_number_identifier. You now are sending this student with their SSN without including their student_number_identifier. Contact BSFA."

• Two new codes, K and L, were added to Vaccine Status, Date in Format I/S02 in Appendix I, and Format P08 in Appendix J.
• Also, the cross-field edit between Early Admit Student and Graduation Date has been deleted.
• Program SRTS03 has been updated to include these changes.

• Bright Futures message code B08 has been added to Appendix D and it reads "The record sent to the Bright Futures Office was rejected because the student has changed his or her SSN. Please update your files and re-send."

• the WAP: Florida Writing Assessment Program has been renamed to WAP: FCAT Writing Assessment Program;
• the ACT Enhanced has been renamed to ACE;
• a new test subject content code of 2J, Latin Literature, has been added to the APT test;
• 28 new test subject content codes were added to the FCAT;
• original codes 10 and 20 for the FCAT have been renamed; and
• a test subject content code of the Stanford Achievement test has been changed from 34, Language Mechanics, to 38, Language Mechanics.

As of April 27, 2000, the newest Bright Futures message code, B07, was added to Appendix D and it reads "The student is already in Bright Futures production, do not also send as Top Twenty."

As of April 2, 2000, a correction was made to program SRTS03 for the Limited English Proficiency Codes. All of the generic test subject content codes are now  valid for the LEP tests, BOL, BLC, BIN, BSM, BVA, CAS, COD, DLD, IPT, LAB, LAS, MAC, MLP, OLE, PVT, SLP, TLD, and WM.

As of March 23, 2000, institution number 82 was added to program SRTS03 to handle Top Twenty processing.

As of March 08, 2000, a correction was made to the subtest Math Level 1C (Calculator) of the SATII test. The Test Subject Content Code was corrected from MI to M1 and the Eight Character Subject Code was corrected from ACH MI to ACH M1C.

As of January 21, 2000, a new field, Seventh Semester Rank, Percentile, has been added to the Interdistrict/Secondary format. This is the percentile rank indicating the position of a student at the end of the seventh semester of high school. Another new field, Talented Twenty Status as of Seventh Semester, has been added to the Postsecondary format. This field indicates whether or not the student was a member of the Talented Twenty at the end of the seventh semester of high school. These fields are intended to aid guidance officers in tracking the Talented Twenty.

Program SRTS03 has been updated to include processing for these new fields and Appendix R has been updated to include the new edits. Appendix I has been updated to include the new interdistrict/secondary field as item 39b in the I/S01 format. Appendix J has been updated to include the postsecondary field as item 11a in the P01 format.

As of January 21, 2000, Bright Futures message code B06 was added to Appendix D and it reads "The record sent to the Bright Futures Office was rejected because the public/private school was not a valid school for Bright Futures. Either correct the data and resend or contact the Bright Futures Office."
