Updates to the 2003-2004 Version of FASTER

This document lists the updates that have been made to the FASTER system since the release of the manual.
 
 
As of Dec 9, 2003 -
        Edit 15 in appendix R has been corrected to read  “If the first character of Disciplinary/Referral Action code 
 is = S,  then Disciplinary/Referral Duration must be greater than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to 90.”
As of Dec 17, 2003 -
        Edit 13 of P08 and Edit 11 of IS02 in appendix R has been corrected to allow a vaccine dose of zero for a vaccine status of "L"
