Purpose of Matching

• For AYP and School Grading Process:

  • Identify students meeting the requirement of being in school all year.

    • In Survey 2 and Survey 3.

  • Identify students needing updates to data critical to the school grades and AYP calculations.

    • Race.

    • Grade Level.

    • SWD Code.

    • ELL Code and Entry Date.

    • FRL Code.

    • Withdrawals.
