Determine if Reading/Math Proficiency Targets were Met

• Three Ways to Compute:

  • First Method: Did the school and ALL subgroups meet the reading/math proficiency target?

    • If Yes: Proficiency Targets are met

    • If Not: Check Second Method

  • Second Method: Did the school and/or ALL subgroups that did not meet reading/math proficiency targets meet Safe Harbor requirements?

    • If Yes: Reading/Math proficiency targets are Met

    • If Not: Check Third Method

  • Third Method: Did the school and/or ALL subgroups that did not meet Safe Harbor requirements meet Growth Model "on track to be proficient" requirements?

    • If Yes: Reading/Math proficiency targets are Met

    • If Not: Reading/Math proficiency targets are Not Met
