The 2013-2014 Annual Exceptional Student Education (ESE) Parent Survey Now Open

Each year the Florida Department of Education (FDOE) surveys parents of children with an Individual Education Plan (IEP) to determine how well the school is partnering with the parent and promoting parent involvement in the child's education. All states must collect this data as part of their State Performance Plan, as required under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).

The web-based survey is open from February 1, 2014, to May 31, 2014. The survey is available in English and Spanish and can be accessed online at Parent Survey - Exceptional Student Education. You can also request a paper survey from your child's school.

For additional information on the ESE Parent Survey, please go to Exceptional Education & Student Services.
