Network Management

Voice Network

The Voice Network team is a small but highly enthusiastic team that stands ready to fulfill your telephone needs. This group provides the telephone service that enables you to have a functioning telephone in your work area. This group is led by Jerry Singletary and he is supported by Justin Nelson and Sidney Wright. Some responsibilities of this team include:

• Installing and relocating phone lines in your work area
   
• Providing client consultations to tailor the phone services provided in each office
   
• The troubleshooting phone problems when they occur in your work unit.
   
• Serving as liaison between the Department of Management Services, FSU, Sprint and various other vendors and State agencies to procure new services or correct any issues with phone service.
