The Voice Network team is a small but highly enthusiastic team that stands ready to fulfill your telephone needs. This group provides the telephone service that enables you to have a functioning telephone in your work area. This group is led by Thyrone Price and he is supported by Doug Sanders. Some responsibilities of this team include:

  • Installing and relocating phone lines in your work area.
  • Providing client consultations to tailor the phone and fax services provided in each office.
  • The troubleshooting of phone and fax problems when they occur in your work unit.
  • The troubleshooting of phone and fax problems when they occur in your work unit. Serving as liaison between the Department of Management Services, Century Link, AT&T, Verizon and various other vendors and State agencies to procure new services or correct any issues with phone and fax services.
