Training

Services include:

• Provides Instructor-led classroom training on department-wide applications such as Microsoft Office products
• Plans, coordinates, training schedule and classroom schedule
• Maintains the Computer Training classroom
• Provides one-on-one training for special projects
• Consults with users on “how to” software questions
• Produces the “Gigabyte” newsletter
• Tracking and reporting of all class attendees to Division of Administration
