This team operates the Help Desk and provides end-user problem resolution for all Department computers.

Services include:

Responsible for monitoring the performance and availability of computing resources
Develop and maintains standards for installation and configuration of system monitoring software
Configuration of a proactive notification system for problem management
Optimization of computing and network resources
Implement and maintain remote management infrastructure
