Desktop Support

Services include:

• Assess, diagnose, and troubleshoot computer problems
• Provide priority short-term, emergency assistance “P1” support for critical Issues
• Reconfigure PCs for New User
• Assist with disconnects & reconnects of computers for moves and relocations
• Provide Capitol computer support for all issues
• Install software applications that have been tested & documented
• Coordinates & installs all new PCs, peripheral devices, and software applications
• Builds and tests the standard PC Image for the volume purchase each fiscal year
• Rebuilds/Reinstalls Computers as necessary due to hardware or software failure
• Coordinates vendor-assisted installations
• Trains and supports External/Non-EUS Installers
• Documents hardware and software installation procedures for use by installers and other teams
