Services include:
- Assess, diagnose, and troubleshoot computer problems
- Provide priority short-term, emergency assistance “P1” support for
critical Issues
- Reconfigure PCs for New User
- Assist with disconnects & reconnects of computers for moves and
relocations
- Provide Capitol computer support for all issues
- Install software applications that have been tested & documented
- Coordinates & installs all new PCs, peripheral devices, and software
applications
- Builds and tests the standard PC Image for the volume purchase each
fiscal year
- Rebuilds/Reinstalls Computers as necessary due to hardware or software
failure
- Coordinates vendor-assisted installations
- Trains and supports External/Non-EUS Installers
- Documents hardware and software installation procedures for use by
installers and other teams
