The Division of Educator Quality provides resources to school districts, universities, and individuals to help ensure that the State's educational workforce is of the highest quality possible. The primary responsibilities of the Division of Educator Quality include development of standards for the education profession, educator certification and renewal, educator recruitment and awards activities, educator inservice and training, investigation of educator misconduct, and discipline of educators who are found guilty of misconduct.
