The report includes (1)proposed budget actions identified for increased classroom expenditures, (2) a description of how such actions are designed to improve student achievement, and (3) a copy of the published statement required by Section 237.081(3), F.S. Please use the attached form to report items (1) and (2). The budget summary ad with the published statement required by Section 237.081(3), F.S., is currently submitted with the district summary budget (item 3); therefore, this information does not need to be included with the initial report.
