Achieving The Dream

Meetings

Through Achieving the Dream, Florida has established two annual meetings with its colleges. Each spring, Florida is coordinating the Connections conference which brings together all 28 colleges to discuss strategies for improving the access and success of under prepared students.

Each fall, Florida meets with the four participating Achieving the Dream institutions to provide a forum for Achieving the Dream participants to discuss best practices and challenges with their Florida counterparts. Participants are now in Year 3 of the initiative so the focus of the meeting is on participants having time to discuss implementation efforts with each other and to share some preliminary data.
