Notice: For consistency with the General Appropriations Act (GAA), the Department of Education's Long Range Program Plan for 2007-2008 will not include measures for state universities. The GAA for 2006-2007 funds the State University System separately from the Department of Education, with all appropriations made to the Board of Governors.
