About Us

  • Directs, coordinates, and develops the Department of Education’s (DOE) Legislative Budget Request (LBR) and associated amendments to educational programs and policies.
  • Directs, coordinates, develops, manages, and maintains the Department of Education’s operating budget and non-operating budget.
  • Reviews and analyzes organizational structure and staffing patterns, including the processing of personnel paperwork and the maintenance of the appropriated salary rate.
  • Provides analyses and reports to management, the Governor’s office and legislative staff on all budgetary/financial information.
