Title I, Part A Preschool

The No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB) of 2001 encourages the use of Title I, Part A funds for preschool programs. Findings from research indicate that services may be most effective if focused on students in the earliest grades at schools that receive funds under this part. - Prekindergarten Program Participation (PDF, 37KB) - Preschool children currently participating in preschool programs primarily funded by Title I, Part A.
- Program Participation Prior to Kindergarten (PDF, 48KB) - Kindergarten students that participated in preschool programs primarily funded by Title I, Part A in the year prior to the kindergarten entry.
- Course Number for Children Participating in Preschool Programs (PDF, 36KB) - To report preschool children enrolled in preschool programs funded by Title I, Part A only/or blended with other funded preschool programs, specific course numbers need to be reported (List of applicable course numbers (PDF, 14KB)).
