Title I, Part A Comparability Webpage Design

Each year, local educational agencies (LEA) with Title I schools must show that state and local resources are allocated at the same level for all schools. The Florida Department of Education (FLDOE) makes sure that each Title I school receives its share of state and local funds. The FLDOE requires each LEA to submit a report that shows this comparability. If a school does not meet the requirements, the LEA must give that school more state and local resources.
