Florida DOH Chronic Disease Resources Online Provider Education Modules
The Florida Department of Health Bureau of Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion in collaboration with the St. Petersburg College CE Health Program, provides continuing education modules for healthcare providers.

American School Health Association
ASHA provides professional development opportunities for those associated with school health programs, such as an online self-study course “Disease Preparedness in Schools.”

For a listing of all School Health Services materials in our resource center, visit the website http://doehealthlibraries.cites.fsu.edu
  1. Click on "Coordinated School Health"
  2. Click on "Advanced Search"
  3. Scroll to "Subject" window
  4. Highlight "School Health Services"
  5. Click on "Search"
  6. Review the titles (click on "View Full Record" to see a complete description)
  7. To print a list of titles, check the boxes of the items you want on your list, then click the "Print" icon.
  8. To print a list of titles with complete descriptions:
    1. Check the boxes of the items you want
    2. Click the "Save to File" icon
    3. Click the "Download Type" arrow and highlight "Detailed View"
    4. Click on "Download" and open or save to the file on your desktop
    5. Print the file from there.
  9. To order materials, please go the "Home" page and login
