Test Registration
Please note that the printed registration bulletin is no longer available. As of December 2009, all FTCE/FELE tests are available on computer, and as of January 2010, paper-based testing (PBT) is no longer available. Examinees can register for computer-based testing (CBT) at a date and time of their choosing by going to the
FTCE/FELE contractor Web site’s test registration page.
