A test information guide is available to help you prepare for the examination by getting an overview of the material that will be covered on the examination. The guide is approximately 35 pages in length and includes a list of competencies and skills tested, sample questions for all 10 standards covered by the exam, and a breakdown of the structure of the exam. A list of FELE references and sample written performance assessment documents can be found online.

This test information guide is not intended as an all-inclusive source of general knowledge, nor is it a substitute for educational leadership course work. The sample items are an approximate representation of the content of the actual test. The guide is intended to help candidates prepare for an examination by presenting an overview of the content and format of the examination.
