The 2006 Legislature passed House Bill 7087, An Act Relating to Education, more commonly known as A++. Governor Jeb Bush signed this bill into law on June 5, 2006.
This legislation is a result of the tireless efforts that have been undertaken by many practitioners and policymakers to improve educational opportunities in the state of Florida. These efforts included several task forces, numerous public input opportunities, and meetings with practitioners.
As technical assistance and other materials are available pertinent to this legislation, they will be posted on this website. Please check back often.
