Medal of Honor Day

Section (s.) 683.147, Florida Statutes (F.S.), designates March 25 of each year as “Medal of Honor Day” and Medal of Honor Day instruction is required instruction per s. 1003.42, F.S. In order to encourage patriotism, the sacrifices that veterans and Medal of Honor recipients have made in serving our country and protecting democratic values worldwide.
