SALA produces a comprehensive Annual Status Report on the Implementation of the 1990 League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) et al. v. State Board of Education, et al. Consent Decree. This report details, both on the state and district levels, the numbers, languages, countries of origin, assessment scores, and performance of English Language Learners (ELLs) throughout the state.
