2011 CELLA

What’s New

CELLA Administration

  1. The 2011 administration of CELLA is earlier this year: March 7, 2011 to April 8, 2011
  2. Students entered on Survey 2 and/or Survey 7 will receive a Preidentified Student Label.
  3. The 2011 CELLA Customer Satisfaction Survey can be found online.

CELLA Materials

  1. Districts will receive training materials on February 04, 2011 and test materials on February 14, 2011. ALL secure materials must be returned to Questar after the CELLA test administration.
  2. The two test books for Levels B, C, and D have been combined into one test book per level. All four sections of the CELLA test (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing) are now in one test book.
  3. The demographic pages now contain two separate categories for Race and Ethnicity.
  4. For every 20 students in grades K-2, only one (1) Level A2 One-on-One Prompt Book is provided.
  5. Large-print and braille materials must be packaged in regular sized Not-To-Be-Scored boxes.
  6. Supplemental orders will be processed and placed exclusively on ServicePoint.
