Brevard Teacher Wins National Recognition
Linda Cornman, an Adapted Itinerant Physical Education Teacher with Brevard County Schools, has won the Every Body Can! Adapted Physical Education Activity Video Contest sponsored by the American Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance (AAHPERD). Cornman’s video, Turkey Trot, was selected as the winner in the Public Service Announcement category and will be shown during the Recognizing Outstanding Leaders Awards Evening at the AAHPERD Convention in Indianapolis, Ind., in March 2010.
