Lee County Librarian One of Top Ten in Nation
Dana Thomas, librarian at Cypress Lake Middle School in Lee County, has been named one of the 2009 I Love My Librarian Award winners, recognizing her as one of America’s Top 10 Librarians. The award is co-sponsored by the Carnegie Corporation of New York, the New York Times and the American Library Association in recognition of the importance of libraries and librarians in improving the lives of people in their community.
