Two Florida Educators Named Albert Einstein Distinguished Educator Fellows
Kevin Simmons, a high school science teacher at Eagle’s View Academy in Jacksonville and Anthonette Peña, an eighth grade science teacher with Palm Beach County Public Schools were recently selected as National Science Foundation Fellows through the Albert Einstein Distinguished Educator Fellowship Program. Both educators were among a national pool of 24 K-12 science, technology and mathematics teachers who will provide practical insights and real world perspectives to the legislative and executive branches of the Federal government.
