Lake-Sumter Community College Athletic Director Nationally Recognized
Mike Matulia, athletic director at Lake-Sumter Community College, was recently named one of 29 “Under Armour Athletic Directors of the Year” by the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA). Matulia is the southeast U.S. region’s recipient and one of only four junior college/community college athletic directors in the nation to be recognized. The award program honors intercollegiate directors of athletics for their commitment and administrative excellence within a campus or college environment.
