2009 Florida School Nurse of the Year Announced

The Florida Association of School Nurses recently announced that Connie Blackwell, a school nurse at Barron Collier High School in Lee County, as the 2009 School Nurse of the Year. Throughout the past nine years, Connie has provided nursing care to the school’s 1,750 students and promotes health and wellness through classes that she develops and teaches.
