Local educators are among 400 U.S. education leaders traveling to China in an effort to build and expand Chinese Foreign Language programs in U.S. schools
Orange County Public Schools administrators Dr. Janice Pratt, deputy superintendent, instruction and curriculum
services, and Diane Lovett, senior director for advanced studies, are among 400 U.S. educators who will
travel to China for a one-week educational tour to learn about Chinese culture and language in an effort
to build and expand Chinese language programs in U.S. schools.
