"Strategic Imperative"

The Strategic Plan is based on what are called "Strategic Imperatives", or in other words, "priority" issues identified by the State Board of Education. Each Strategic Imperative (there are 8) have a "Champion" (leader), ultimate goal, objective(s), performance measures, trend and target data, and priority projects.
