2012-2013 No Child Left Behind (NCLB) Monitoring Work Papers

Each of the links below will provide users with the entire content of the work papers (compliance statement, possible findings, review questions, and list of documentation) in an editable Microsoft Word document. Local Educational Agencies (LEAs) may use these documents as working documents. All LEAs must submit work papers and necessary documentation in the online monitoring system.

Please note: the online monitoring system is the only acceptable method of submitting work papers, documentation, and System Improvement Plans and evidence of plan implementation.
