Training Requirements
State Agency training is an annual requirement for all sponsors of the
SFSP. Program Administrators and/or Directors must be in attendance.
Training provides the information needed in order to run an effective
program. Training gives you an opportunity to speak with experienced
Sponsors of the program and make informed decisions about whether sponsorship
is the right choice for your organization. It will also provide the knowledge
necessary to train the administrative staff and volunteers that work
at your site locations. Contact the State Agency for training dates and
