Funding Adjustments
From 2003-2004 through 2009-2010, the funding adjustment for noncompliance was a transfer of the calculated amount from a district's class size reduction operating categorical to its class size reduction capital outlay categorical. For 2010-2011 and subsequent years, the funding adjustment for noncompliance is a reallocation to districts that are in compliance and a restoration of the balance of the funds to districts that are not in compliance but that submit a compliance plan to the Commissioner of Education.
