Hotel and Travel Information

Meals:

The following meals are included in your conference registration:

If you have special dietary needs, including vegetarian meals or allergies, please be sure to note these on your registration form.

Lodging:

All participants are responsible for lodging and travel expenses. A block of guest rooms is reserved for the conference at the International Plaza Resort and Spa. Please contact the hotel directly to make reservations using our group name Connections Conference.

Reservation must be made by April 22, 2009.

Ground Transportation

Participants must make arrangements for ground transportation. The International Plaza Resort and Spa recommends Mears Transportation. The cost is $16.00 per person for the shuttle from the Airport to the hotel. Call (407)423-5566 for reservations.

Parking at Hotel

Parking at the International Plaza Resort and Spa is free. Valet parking is $8.00 per day and $14.00 overnight.
