PTK All-Florida Academic Team

Each year, a Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) All-Florida Academic Team is named to recognize outstanding students in The Florida College System. This distinction is given to honor their academic achievement, leadership and service to the community.

The Chancellor of The Florida College System, in partnership with the PTK Florida Region hosts an annual event in Tallahassee to recognize members of the All-Florida Academic Team. Students are honored at a luncheon and awards ceremony where each student is presented with a medallion. Following the luncheon and awards ceremony, students are recognized by the Florida Legislature and other state leaders during their visit to the Capitol.

All students named to the PTK All-Florida Academic Team are invited to attend the events in Tallahassee and are invited to bring a maximum of two guests.

This year’s event will take place on Thursday, April 2, 2009 in Tallahassee.

The deadline to register is Monday, March 9, 2009.
