G-WATCH Project
The Gadsden County Wellness Approach to Community Health is a 3-year joint venture between Gadsden County Schools and Florida’s Coordinated School Health Program.
A partnership was formed in the spring of 2005.
Gadsden County School District has formed its own district G-WATCH team, comprised of district staff and departments from the 8 CSH module components.
Ten of the district's schools have their own Healthy School Teams, working to improve the health of its students and staff.
The 2007-2008 school year is the third year of engagement in this program.
